Motorola India Teases Launch of a New Device, Could Be the Upcoming Edge 70 Neo

Edge 70 Plus

When Motorola announced the Motorola Edge 70 Plus, the brand also revealed that the Edge 70 Neo would break cover in the Indian market in the coming months. Now, Motorola India has teased the arrival of a new device in the country, which could possibly be the upcoming Edge 70 Neo.

Here’s more about the update.

Motorola India Teases a New Device

The teaser shared by Motorola India follows a disco-ball theme and features the phrases ‘A little disco, a little mystery’ and ‘Something’s about to set the mood’. The video also briefly displays the incomplete phrase ‘it’s the’.

While Motorola has not mentioned the name of the upcoming product anywhere in the teaser, we suspect that it could be the Edge 70 Neo smartphone, considering that its India launch had previously been announced by the brand.

Speaking more, the Motorola Edge 70 Neo was recently spotted on the Geekbench database, revealing that it could be powered by the same Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset offered with the Motorola Edge 70 Plus. The listed device was also revealed to run on the Android 16 operating system and feature approximately 6GB of RAM.

However, a few rumours suggest that the Edge 70 Neo may come with a 50MP primary camera instead of the 200MP main camera offered on the Edge 70 Plus.

Since the teaser does not confirm the identity of the device and its dedicated microsites have not yet gone live, nothing can be said for sure at the moment.
