More OnePlus 13T specs revealed ahead of April 24 launch: 6.32-inch 1.5K 120Hz OLED display and self-developed G1 Wi-Fi chip confirmed

OnePlus has officially revealed key hardware specifications of its upcoming compact powerhouse, the OnePlus 13T, ahead of its launch on April 24 in China. Dubbed the “Small Screen Powerhouse”, the OnePlus 13T promises to deliver high-end flagship performance in a lightweight and compact design.
Key specifications confirmed
Under the hood, it has a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, custom-tuned for enhanced performance, particularly in gaming. OnePlus has integrated its proprietary “Wind Racing Game Core”, designed to push gaming capabilities on a smaller form factor without thermal throttling.
Backing this powerful chipset is a massive 6260mAh ‘Ice River’ battery, the largest battery OnePlus has ever packed into a compact smartphone. The device is also equipped with the brand’s Ice River Cooling System, said to feature the largest heat dissipation surface in any small-screen OnePlus device to date.
Further boosting connectivity is the self-developed G1 Wi-Fi chip, tailored for low-latency and stable wireless communication, a first in a compact OnePlus phone.
Display and design
The OnePlus 13T sports a 6.32-inch flat OLED display with a 2640 × 1216 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 460 PPI pixel density. It supports 10-bit colour, 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut, and has certifications for Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and HDR Vivid, ensuring a rich and vibrant viewing experience.
To enhance visual comfort, OnePlus has added Mingmu Eye Protection 2.0, optimised for eye safety even in dark environments. This display is part of OnePlus’ self-developed display science production line, making it one of the first smartphones in China to use an in-house end-to-end display manufacturing process.
Weighing just 185g, the phone is designed to be both compact and ergonomic while offering flagship-grade performance.
