Vivo sub-brand iQOO is nowadays gearing up for the launch of iQOO Z9 5G smartphone in India. The smartphone will be launched in India on 12th March and will be available for buyers via Amazon. Ahead of its launch the CEO of iQOO India has shared a post on X that says iQOO Z9 5G smartphone is “Fastest Smartphone in the Segment”. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 processor with an AnTuTu score of 734k. This claim has itself made the smartphone stand out among other smartphones in this segment ahead of its launch.

As per the previous report, iQOO can launch the Z9 series in the China market in the coming days. The series can comprise the Z9 and Z9x smartphones. The iQOO Z9 planned for China and India is said to have different specs thus making it the same only in terms of name but not in specs. The Chinese version can come with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset and can feature a 6.8-inch wide OLED display with 1.5K resolution.
The Indian version of the iQOO Z9 5G smartphone also stands out among other smartphones with a Sony IMX822 OIS sensor which makes it the segment’s first smartphone to come with it. The rest of the information about this handset still remains under wrap and can be unveiled in the upcoming days.
