The Chinese smartphone maker and the Vivo subsidiary, iQOO, has officially confirmed the launch date for the Z9 5G device in the Indian market. The smartphone will be having its release next month.

iQOO Z9 5G – Launching on 12th March
The iQOO Z9 5G smartphone will be unveiled officially in the Indian market next month on the 12th of March 2024. This device will be sold via the brand’s official website and also through the Amazon shopping platform.
Previously, a lot about this smartphone were revealed and we now know few of its key specifications. The iQOO Z9 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 processor which has a primary clock speed of 2.8 GHz, and the device is going to arrive as the fastest phone in its segment with a 734K AnTuTu benchmark score. It may also come with the Android 14 operating system out of the box.
Speaking more about its specs, it will be featuring an AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate support. Other display specs include 300Hz touch sampling rate, 1800 nits peak brightness rate, and an in-display fingerprint reader. The display may possibly be a FHD+ screen with a 6.x” size.
For its cameras, at the rear a dual camera unit will be present housing a 50MP Sony IMX882 OIS main camera that is perfect for daylight and night shots. A dual tone LED flash will also be present within the camera module. A 44W fast charge feature is also part of the device.
Appearance-wise, the smartphone has a brushed textured design at its rear panel, and customers will be able to get the device in a Green color choice.
