iQOO 16 and Motorola Signature 27 – India Launch Details Revealed
About the iQOO 16 smartphone, before its launch in China, reports had suggested that rising memory costs could lead the brand to drop its plans to introduce the device in global markets, including India. However, following Nipun Marya’s recent cryptic message about a flagship device coming to India, it is now confirmed that the flagship will be the iQOO 16 that will be making its way to the country.

Additionally, a smartphone carrying the model number ‘I2607’ was recently spotted on the Geekbench database with processor details pointing to the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chip. While Geekbench didn’t reveal its moniker, tipster Abhishek Yadav suggested that the device belongs to the Indian/global variant of the iQOO 16.
Moving on to Motorola’s Signature 27 smartphone, which was unveiled at the Snapdragon Summit last month, its arrival in the Indian market has now been confirmed at IMC 2026 as well. The device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chip, which will also be offered on the iQOO 16.
Speaking more, while the Indian launches of both smartphone models have been confirmed, their exact launch dates and pricing details have not yet been revealed by the respective brands. Stay tuned until then.
