iQOO 15T, iQOO Pad 6 Pro, and iQOO TWS 5i all launched in China; check details inside

Three new devices by Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO have been released in its home market, China, and these are iQOO 15T, iQOO Pad 6 Pro, and iQOO TWS 5i.

iQOO 15T (V2564A) – Pricing and Specs
A total of five memory variants have been launched for this device, which are 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/256GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB, and these are priced at CNY 4099, CNY 4499, CNY 4799, CNY 5199, and CNY 5999, respectively. Regarding the colour options, the device comes in Track Edition, Legendary Edition, and Qingyun colour choices.
The latest iQOO 15T smartphone is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 Monster Edition chipset, equipped with the ARM G1-Ultra GPU, and it has the OriginOS 6 custom based on the Android 16 operating system onboard. LPDDR5X Ultra quad-channel RAM and UFS 4.1 storage are also supported on the device, and it also supports up to 12GB virtual RAM expansion.
A 6.82″ AMOLED flat display screen which supports 3168 × 1440 pixels resolution, 19.8:9 aspect ratio, 93.88% screen-to-body ratio, and up to 144Hz refresh rate is featured, and it also supports 510 PPI pixel density, 1.07 billion colours, P3 wide colour gamut, HDR support, and 8000000:1 contrast ratio. Touch sampling rate of 130Hz normally and up to 300Hz in supported games are also supported on the device.

200MP (main) + 50MP (ultra-wide) dual rear camera setup is there at the rear, and for selfies, the device offers a 16MP front-facing camera. Rear camera features such as Night Mode, Portrait, Panorama, Supermoon, Pro Photo, Pro Video, Time-lapse, Slow Motion, and Scan are also supported. The rear camera supports up to 8K video recording, while the front camera supports up to 1080p video recording. OIS support for the main camera and up to 40x digital zoom are also offered.
In terms of battery, an 8000mAh typical battery backup is given, along with support for 100W Super FlashCharge fast charging technology.
Other key specs include the 5G/4G/3G/2G network, dual Nano SIM support, WiFi 6, WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS (and other location positioning services), OTG support, ultrasonic 3D fingerprint scanner, face unlock support, X-axis linear motor, infrared remote control, aluminium alloy frame, and 8K Ice Dome VC liquid cooling system. The Track Edition measures 8.25mm in thickness and weighs about 216gm, while the Legendary and Qingyun Editions measure 8.40mm in thickness and weigh about 223gm.
iQOO Pad 6 Pro – Pricing and Specs
Starting with the colour choices, the iQOO Pad 6 Pro tablet comes in Isle of Man, Silver Wing, and Grey Crystal colours. Four memory variants have also been launched for the tablet, which are 8GB/256GB, 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, and 16GB/512GB, and these are priced at CNY 4499, CNY 4999, CNY 5799, and CNY 6699, respectively.
The iQOO Pad 6 Pro tablet is powered by Qualcomm’s 5th Generation Snapdragon 8 Ultra Mobile Platform, and it has the OriginOS 6 Tablet custom system onboard. LPDDR5X quad-channel RAM and UFS 4.1 storage are also supported on the device.

Speaking about the display, a 13.2″ 4K LCD display, which supports up to 144Hz refresh rate, is featured on the tablet. On the camera side, the tablet offers a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing camera.
The tablet packs a 13000mAh typical battery backup, while the rated battery capacity is 12700mAh. USB Type-C charging support is also offered on the device.
Other key specs include the WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, USB Type-C port, facial recognition support, 8-speaker panoramic acoustic system, 3D cooling system, wireless printing support, multi-device interconnection, PC-grade WPS, professional CapCut support, and game live streaming assistant. The device measures 6.18mm in thickness and weighs 663gm.
iQOO TWS 5i – Pricing and Specs
Lastly, the iQOO TWS 5i earbuds have also been introduced in the Chinese market. The latest TWS device comes in a single Sharp Yellow colour option, and it is priced at CNY 119. As per the revealed details, the earbuds feature the same specifications as Vivo’s TWS 5i earbuds.
The iQOO TWS 5i supports Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity and dual device connection support. AAC, SBC, and LC3 audio decoding formats are also supported on the device, along with Monster Sound gaming audio, DeepX 3.0 stereo sound, and spatial audio features. AI call noise reduction support is also offered, while active noise cancellation support is absent on the device.

Regarding battery life, the earbuds are claimed to offer up to 11.5 hours of playback on a single charge, while up to 50 hours of total battery life is claimed together with the charging case. A low latency mode of up to 42ms is also supported for gaming purposes.
Other key specs include IP54-rated dust and water resistance, USB Type-C charging port, instant connection pop-up, battery display, caller ID announcement, AI smart announcement, real-time translation support, earphone finding feature, and BlueOS ecosystem support. The earbuds weigh about 4.2gm each, while the total weight together with the charging case is about 42gm.
