Huawei’s Latest Smartphone, Huawei P60 Pro Launched in China: Here’s What We Know So Far

Huawei’s P series smartphones have always set the benchmark for the best cameras and now the P60 Pro smartphone which is currently have its release in China comes with some of the best-in-industry camera features.

Huawei P60 Pro is Being Launched

The newly launching Huawei P60 Pro smartphone have been the talk for quite some time and the smartphone is currently having its launch in Shanghai, China. From what is now being known, the P60 Pro smartphone brings some industry best camera features which will take the limits of mobile photography away.

From previous reports and certifications it was confirmed that the Huawei P60 Pro will feature the first 50MP Sony IMX888 sensor and will also have a 64MP telephoto camera along with a 50MP ultrawide camera. The telephoto camera will also support 3.5x optical zoom and will use an RYYB sensor. The smartphone was also confirmed to have the brand’s own XMAGE image technology to offer better image quality.

Now based on the information received from the launch event, it has been known that the Huawei P60 Pro smartphone will feature the first ultra concentrating night vision telephoto camera which will have the strongest zoom capabilities ever seen in a smartphone. The camera sensor has a condenser group F2.1 aperture, long stroke slide zoom and an RYYB ultra sensitive sensor.

The smartphone also has the industry’s best periscope telephoto camera with the most amount of incoming light entering the camera sensor. When compared to the iPhone 14 Pro Max smartphone, 488% more light enters its camera sensor.

At the launch event, the night shot of the smartphone was also compared with the night pictures taken with Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max and the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and the results are sure to leave everyone stunned.

Comparing to the images taken with the premium smartphones of other leading smartphone brands, the Huawei P60 Pro offers better image quality and clarity.

It also now being understood that the device will be the first smartphone to support two way satellite connection and will run on the HarmonyOS 3.1 custom user interface. The P60 series smartphones will also be equipped with a 4815 mAh battery and will support an 88W fast charge feature.
