The Chinese manufacturer Huawei unveiled its Huawei Pocket 2 foldable device last year in the Chinese market and now this device will be getting a Premium version in the country.
On its Weibo page, Huawei officially announced that Huawei Pocket 2 Premium Edition will be launching in China on 26th June and the same day the device will go on sale in the country.
The company has also revealed that the device will arrive with four color options- Rococo White, Tahitian Gray, Elegant Black, and Taro Purple. The official sale starts at 10:08 AM (local time) in China via Huawei Mall, authorized e-commerce platforms, Huawei experience stores, and authorized retailers. There will be two storage options-
- 12/512GB- 5,999 Yuan
- 12/256GB- 5,499 Yuan
It is expected that the upcoming device could be powered by Kirin 9020A chipset but the official details related to the specs of this device will be known after its launch in China.

The device features a 6.94-inch OLED LTPO display on the inside that offers 2690 x 1136 screen resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, and 2200 nits peak brightness. The round rear OLED display supports LTPO technology and offers a 60 Hz refresh rate and 340 x 340 screen resolution. It is powered by a Kirin 9000S 5G chip that is paired with 12GB RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage.
The smartphone is backed by a 4520 mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging and 40W wireless charging. The rear camera setup includes a 50MP main camera with OIS support, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, an 8MP telephoto camera with OIS and 3x optical zoom, and an AI-powered 2MP hyperspectral camera. On the front, it features a 10.7MP selfie camera. Other features include IPX8 water resistance, 3800mm2 VC cooling, two-way satellite messaging, and Harmony OS 4.
