In the first week of July, we had discovered the HONOR 600s smartphone along with the HONOR 600 Lite S and HONOR 600 Elite. It was also revealed that the HONOR 600 Lite S and HONOR 600s would likely arrive as rebranded versions of the HONOR 600 Smart 5G.
Well, the HONOR 600s has now been launched in the Hong Kong market. While the newly launched device shares several similarities with the HONOR 600 Smart 5G, it comes with a larger 8,100mAh battery compared to the 7,700mAh battery offered with the latter.

HONOR 600s – Specifications and Features
Starting with the display, the HONOR 600s features a 6.87″ panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,020 nits of peak brightness. It also supports DC dimming, dynamic dimming, low blue light mode, dark mode, ultra-low brightness, and sunlight display enhancement.
Under the hood, it is also powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 processor and comes in a single 6GB/128GB memory option.
For photography, the HONOR 600s sports a 50MP primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture, paired with an auxiliary lens with an f/3.0 aperture, while the front has a 5MP selfie camera.
With just one click, you can access AI tools, commands, and frequently used applications by long-pressing the dedicated AI button is also said to offer intelligent recommendations. Its AI features include AI Memory, Circle Search, AI Image Removal, AI Summary, and AI Image to Video 2.0. The AI Image to Video 2.0 feature allows users to generate, edit, and fine-tune video content using conversational prompts.
Apart from these, the device supports NFC for instant connectivity and access. It also features dual speakers with HONOR Sound 7.3 and offers up to 400% volume boost.
Coming to its durability, the HONOR 600s offers five-star all-around drop resistance and is designed to withstand drops from a height of up to 2.5 metres. It has also received the SGS Five-Star Premium Performance Certification for Drop and Crush Resistance.
Moreover, the smartphone comes with IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for water and dust resistance and also supports enhanced touchscreen operation with wet hands, one-click dust and water drainage, and an underwater shooting mode.
The HONOR 600s is backed by a large 8,100mAh battery and supports 45W HONOR SuperCharge. As mentioned above, the device packs a larger battery than the HONOR 600 Smart 5G, which features a 7,700mAh battery.
Pricing and Availability
The smartphone has been introduced in Misty Purple, Desert Gold, and Velvet Black colour options in the Hong Kong market with a price tag of HK$1,999 for the 6GB/128GB memory variant.
