Honor 400 Lite spotted on Hungarian online store, revealing design and key specs

We are back again with new information regarding the upcoming Honor 400 Lite smartphone. This time, it’s more or less an official kind of leak, as the device was spotted listed on a Hungarian retailer’s website. The listing was first discovered by the Finnish publication Mobiili.fi.
The Honor 400 Lite will be the first smartphone in the Honor 400 series, which is expected to include the Honor 400 and Honor 400 Pro in the coming months. As per an earlier tip, Honor may unveil the Honor 400 and Honor 400 Pro in May. This follows the same launch strategy as the Honor 200 series, where the Honor 200 Lite was launched first, followed by the Honor 200 and 200 Pro. A similar rollout is expected for the Honor 400 lineup.
Specs Revealed via the listing
It features a 2412×1080 pixel display with slim bezels, though the bottom bezel is slightly thicker. A wide punch-hole cutout at the top center is likely to house the front camera and possibly an LED flash, similar to its predecessor, the Honor 200 Lite. The phone has a plastic frame, as there are no visible antenna lines, and includes standard volume and power buttons. Additionally, there is a new button on the lower right side, which is speculated to be a camera button, akin to Apple’s Camera Control button on the iPhone 16 series.
On the back, the Honor 400 Lite has a dual-camera setup with an LED flash, arranged in a triangular formation within a square camera module. The primary camera boasts a 108MP resolution. The camera design is somewhat reminiscent of high-end iPhone models, but the implementation remains distinct.
Under the hood, the device is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 (MT6855) chipset as per the Google Play Console listing, which consists of two Cortex-A78 high-performance cores clocked at 2.2 GHz and six Cortex-A55 power-efficient cores clocked at 2.0 GHz. The listing confirms that the Honor 400 Lite will come with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. In terms of software, it will run Android 15 out of the box.
Launch Timeline
The Honor 400 Lite is listed in a Hungarian online store with a price of 138,280 HUF (~€347) for the 8GB + 256GB variant.
Honor is expected to officially announce the 400 Lite soon, with the Honor 400 and 400 Pro likely arriving in May. Given the past Honor 200 series launch strategy, the Honor 400 Lite will likely launch first, followed by the other models. Stay tuned for more updates!
