Here’s the List of Confirmed Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Smartphones Launching Soon

Qualcomm released its latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset recently and smartphone brands have been officially announcing their flagship devices that are soon to launch with the newly unveiled processor.

Xiaomi 14

Xiaomi’s vanilla 14 smartphone which is debuting tomorrow, on the 26th of October 2023, in China, has been confirmed to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. The device will also be running on the brand’s self-developed HyperOS operating system. It will be the first smartphone to feature the latest chipset.

iQOO 12 5G

iQOO India CEO, Nipun Marya, has confirmed via his official Twitter/X account that the iQOO 12 5G device will not only be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, but will also be the first smartphone to launch in the Indian market with the chipset. The 12 series smartphones from iQOO will debut on the 7th of November, next month, in China.

OPPO Find X7 Pro

OPPO had officially announced that its next Find X7 series smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, and this upcoming smartphone is going to be the Find X7 Pro device, as the vanilla Find X7 was spotted with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300 chipset on Geekbench.

Redmi K70 Series

Xiaomi, apart from the Xiaomi 14 smartphone, had also announced that the brand’s K70 series will also be featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, and this is likely about the K70 Pro smartphone, as the device was spotted on the Geekbench database with the chipset. The smartphone is expected to launch next month in November 2023.

OnePlus 12

The next flagship device from OnePlus, the OnePlus 12 smartphone, will also be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, as confirmed by the brand, however an exact launch date for the device hasn’t been announced yet. It is likely that the smartphone may launch in the Chinese market by the end of this year.

ZTE Nubia Red Magic Smartphone

ZTE Nubia has also revealed that the brand will be launching a Red Magic device with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, and it will be the first e-sports smartphone to feature it.

Realme GT 5 Pro

Following the launch of the GT 5 smartphone in August, Realme is preparing itself for the launch of the Pro model of the series – the Realme GT 5 Pro and it has been officially confirmed that this upcoming Realme smartphone will also be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip.

Vivo X100 Pro+

Vivo has also revealed its plan to launch a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 smartphone, and from what is now being said, this might be about the upcoming Vivo X100 Pro+ smartphone. The other smartphones of the X100 series are rumored to launch in the third week of November, however, the launch of the X100 Pro+ device is likely to take place next year.

Honor Magic 6 Series

Honor’s Magic 6 Series, comprising of the Magic 6 and Magic 6 Pro smartphones, is now confirmed to come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset onboard. The smartphones are expected to be announced before China’s 2024 Spring Festival, with the launch likely in late January or in the first week of February, next year.

Other than the above-mentioned smartphones, Qualcomm has already announced its partnership with many other leading smartphone makers, and this points that we might hear more brands announcing their Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 smartphones in the coming days.
