Following the Moto G87 Launch, Moto G37, Moto G37 Power, and Moto G47 Also Announced in Europe with MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC

Motorola has announced its next Razr series devices along with some special edition smartphones and the Moto G87 as well. Adding more to the list of devices, the Moto G37, Moto G37 Power, and Moto G47 have also been introduced in the European market.

Moto G37 and Moto G37 Power – Specs and Features
Specs-wise, both devices feature the same specifications, however, the Power variant has a bigger battery than the standard model. Both share the same 6.67″ HD+ LCD 8-bit display with a resolution of 1604 x 720 pixels, 120Hz refresh rate, and 120Hz touch sampling rate. The display can also work even with wet hands, and can reach up to 1050 nits of peak brightness under High Brightness Mode, along with display colour boost support. Talking about thickness, the Moto G37 is 7.85mm thick, while the Moto G37 Power is 8.89mm thick. The former weighs 191gm, whereas the latter weighs 215gm.
Powering both the devices is the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, which comes paired with MyUX based on the Android 16 operating system. Motorola is also offering 3 years of security update commitment until April 2029. For these devices, Motorola has offered LPDDR4X-based RAM which can be expanded up to 12GB via RAM Boost, and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. Storage can also be further expanded via a microSD card up to 2TB.
As stated above, the Moto G37 has a smaller 5200mAh battery (rated 5100mAh), while the Moto G37 Power has a bigger 7000mAh battery. In the standard variant, users get 20W TurboPower wired charging, and the Power variant on the other hand has 30W TurboPower wired charging, while both feature 6W reverse wired charging.
At the rear, a 50MP camera with EIS and Quad Pixel Technology is given along with a 2-in-1 light sensor consisting of ambient light sensor and flicker detector, and at the front, an 8MP camera is offered. Dual-band WiFi (2.4GHz | 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.4, NFC (market dependent), dual SIM, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, BeiDou, USB Type-C, 3.5mm headphone jack, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio (wired only), 2 mics, IP64 water-resistant design, MIL-STD-810H durability, and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection are the other features of these two devices.
Moto G47 – Specs and Features
Well, this one carries the same spec sheet as the Moto G37, with the same processor, battery, and even the charging specs. However, this one is being offered with a 108MP main rear camera with EIS, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2-in-1 light sensor consisting of ambient light sensor and flicker detector. At the front, it has the same 8MP selfie shooter. Also, the update policy for this device hasn’t been shared by Motorola yet.
Pricing and Availability
In the UK, the Moto G37 is priced at £199.99 for the 4GB/128GB variant, and is available in PANTONE Nautical Blue, PANTONE Impenetrable, and PANTONE Fuchsia Red colour options. The Moto G37 Power is priced at €279.90 for the 4GB/256GB variant in Italy.
Moto G47, however, has been launched in the EU, and is listed on Motorola Sweden in a single 8GB/128GB memory variant priced at 3,790.00 kr. For this device, Motorola is offering three colour variants – PANTONE Impenetrable, PANTONE Nautical Blue, and PANTONE Fuchsia Red.
