First Official Look at Redmi K80 Ultra and K Pad Revealed

Redmi had already confirmed that it would be launching the Redmi K80 Ultra and the Redmi K Pad in its home country, China, this month. Now, in a newly released teaser, the company has revealed the first official look along with some key specifications of both devices.

Starting with the Redmi K80 Ultra, two colour options have been showcased so far, green and white. It’s now confirmed to feature a smooth, curved metal frame, a premium fibreglass back, and a bold metal camera design. The front is dominated by a 6.83-inch flat display with rounded corners, aimed at delivering an immersive viewing experience. Visually, the rear design bears some resemblance to the itel S24.

As for the Redmi K Pad, it’s confirmed to sport an 8.8-inch display, and two colour options revealed are green and white. The back design features a circular camera ring paired with an LED flash, all placed on a pill-shaped deco. On the front, it houses a punch-hole camera within thick bezels.

Both devices are now confirmed to be powered by the Dimensity 9400+ chipset, as previously indicated by their Geekbench listings. Both are revealed to come with at least 16GB RAM and will boot from Android 15 out of the box.

According to earlier leaks, the Redmi K Pad is expected to offer a 3K 165Hz LCD panel (from CSOT) with a 16:10 aspect ratio, along with 67W wired charging and support for bypass charging. The Redmi K80 Ultra, on the other hand, is tipped to come with a 7,000mAh battery and 120W fast wired charging.
