After being teased by Nothing, a design concept for the upcoming Nothing Phone (2) has been shared on the Reddit platform.

Nothing Phone (2) Design Concept

Nothing has confirmed the launch of its next smartphone, the Nothing Phone (2), which is to have its launch this summer of 2023. Nothing has also used the word “Premium” to address the smartphone, which points out that the upcoming smartphone could be a premium offering from the brand.

It is also likely that the device will first arrive in the US market prior to any of its other markets and the Indian launch of the smartphone has been confirmed with its BIS certification.

After being teased by the company very recently, a design concept of the Nothing Phone (2) has been shared by users on the Reddit platform. The images that have been shared reveal the rear panel design of the smartphone and from what it seems, appears similar to that of its predecessor.

Unlike its predecessor, what catches our attention in the rear panel of the Nothing Phone (2) is the switch that is given at its back. It seemingly appears to be a mute switch but it might also be possible that it could be a switch for the glyph interface. However, the brand hasn’t confirmed anything about the switch yet and we’ll have to wait for more updates.

On the design concept, we can also find the red light on the right side of the rear panel, which was also featured in the device’s teaser image.

Regarding the specifications of the device, nothing much is known as of now, but it has been confirmed that the upcoming smartphone will come equipped with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset.

Previous reports also suggest that the smartphone might offer storage variants with RAM of upto 12GB and internal storage of upto 256GB. The device might also offer a 120Hz AMOLED display and is likely to come equipped with a 5000 mAh battery.
