Launch of Nothing Phone 2 the most awaited phone is confirmed for US by late 2023

Nothing Phone 1 was no doubt a huge success among users and now Carl Pei is planning to launch the Nothing Phone 2 in the US in late 2023. This news has come to light through an Inverse website which brought insight into Carl Pei’s mind.

Nothing will be launching Nothing Phone 2 in the US first as they were unable to prioritize the US for the launch of Nothing 1. Some of the reasons that  Carl Pei mentioned is that Nothing was busy in building the team which has grown from 200 to 400.

The revenue has also gone up by 10x and Nothing has successfully shipped over a million products already as said by its founder Carl to the Inverse. This milestone now makes it easy to launch its new model Nothing Phone 2 in the US because those component suppliers who denied to work with Nothing are ready to work with them.

Other than suppliers of components one of the issues that needed to resolve was working on certification and approval bodies. Carl said to Invisible” when you make a smartphone for the US you need to work with the carriers on certification and adapting some of their features in your smartphone OS”. Further, he said, ” we did not have the resources for that before and now we do”.

One of the things that Carl mentioned that Nothing can do is ” Nothing can slide in and bring back fun hardware and competitive pricing”. Because the users are bored with the design of the phones which has not changed much as suggested by the company’s research. The Nothing Phone 2 will be launched in the US in late 2023 as confirmed by Carl Pei co-founder of Nothing to Invisible.

The report states that Nothing Phone 2 will be released in the US, however no update is available as to when it will be available in India.
