Xiaomi’s sub-brand – Redmi is already confirmed to launch its Turbo 5 handset in the Indian market, and its microsite had also been made live on the Amazon India and Xiaomi India platforms. However, its launch date and key details are still missing, and while the information has not come from official sources, a marketing poster has now been shared online which reveals the launch date of this upcoming device for India.

Redmi Turbo 5 – India Launch Tipped
As mentioned above, a poster that is now floating online states that the handset will be breaking its cover in India on the 16th of June 2026, with the claim of being the fastest Redmi smartphone yet. However, upon checking the microsites hosted on Amazon India and Xiaomi India’s website, none of them mention this launch date yet. So, at this time, we cannot say anything about the authenticity of this poster, but as we have now entered the month of June, more details will likely be revealed soon about this device.
Coming to what has been revealed so far, this device’s alleged model number was also seen on the Bureau of Indian Standards database, which had already confirmed its launch in the country prior to the sighting of the microsites. While it was expected that the brand may announce something on the 2nd of June, nothing happened, and specs-wise too, nothing has been posted on either of the microsites yet.
Going by rumours, the Redmi Turbo 5 may very well come with the same spec sheet as that of the model already available in China. However, since this is still a rumour, it is best to wait for the brand to reveal the details officially.
