The Insta360 X4 Air has now been officially unveiled as the brand’s light-weight entry-level 8K 360° action camera. It comes in two color options, along with many video and photo features.

This newly-unveiled Insta360 X4 Air action camera sports a 1/1.8″ sensor supporting an aperture value of F1.95, and it is capable of shooting 360° videos. Notably, it supports multiple video and photo modes, and is equipped with color profiles such as Vivid, Standard, Flat, and I-Log. Photo, HDR Photo, Interval, Starlapse, and Burst are the supported photo modes, and it also brings video modes like Active HDR, InstaFrame Mode, Timelapse, TimeShift, Loop Recording, and Road Mode. On its audio side, Auto Wind Reduction, Active Wind Reduction, Stereo, and Direction Focus are supported. H.264 and H.265 video coding as well as 48 kHz, 16bit, and AAC audio formats are also added on it.
