OPPO, ahead of its upcoming Reno 16 series launch scheduled for July 2nd, has now confirmed that its latest offering in the TWS category, the OPPO Enco Air 5 earbuds device, will go on sale in India on the same date. It brings 52dB active noise cancellation, up to 54 hours of battery life, 12mm dynamic bass driver, OPPO Alive Audio, triple-mic AI clear calls, and dual connection across systems.

OPPO Enco Air 5 TWS Earbuds – Sale Date Confirmed in India
While its pricing is yet to be announced, the brand has officially confirmed that the OPPO Enco Air 5 TWS earbuds device will go on sale in India on July 2nd at 1PM, 2026, via Flipkart, OPPO India, and other major retailers. Currently, the microsite hosted on Flipkart only confirms the specs and open sales date of this device, which we have already covered in our previous articles as well.
The latest OPPO Enco Air 5 TWS earbuds brings 52dB active noise cancellation, and it supports real-time ANC smart scene-based noise cancellation. Its active noise cancellation feature also offers different modes such as Smart Dynamic Noise Cancellation, Deep Noise Cancellation, Medium Noise Cancellation, and Light Noise Cancellation, helping users adjust the noise cancellation experience based on their surrounding environment.
Regarding its calling features, the earbuds device comes with triple-mic AI clear call support, and call noise cancellation has also been further enhanced. A triple-microphone system is equipped on the device, with dual external microphones and beamforming to precisely capture the user’s voice. A built-in microphone is also part of the setup, and it optimizes sound from within the ear, while minimizing background noise to ensure crystal-clear communication. Thanks to the HSA 3152+ AI model, even when users are on a call in a crowded and noisy environment, the person on the other end will be able to clearly hear only their voice.
The OPPO Enco Air 5 earbuds equip a 12mm high-amplitude dynamic bass driver unit, and it is said to offer a 100% increase in maximum amplitude. This helps in delivering stronger bass and richer dynamic performance. A titanium-coated PET diaphragm is also used on the device for faster response, enhanced clarity, and precise capture of every detail.
In addition to the 12mm dynamic bass driver, the device also supports OPPO Alive Audio, and with the help of advanced spatial audio algorithms, HRTF, and virtual reverb technology, sound is precisely positioned in space to create an authentic sense of direction and depth. On top of these, Sound Master EQ is also a part of the device, with three sound modes such as Pure Original Sound, Mellow Vocals, and Pulsing Bass. A custom equalizer with 10-band EQ tuning is also supported, allowing users to fine-tune every detail from bass to treble and create their own personalized sound profile.
About its connectivity features, it supports dual connection across systems, and users will be able to connect one pair of earbuds with two devices at the same time. It also supports simultaneous connection with iOS and Android devices, and when a phone call is received while using another device, the audio will automatically switch to the call. Once the call ends, it will return back to where the user left off. Bluetooth 6.1, Smart Bluetooth, Tap to Launch, and low-latency gaming are other related features.
In terms of battery life, up to 54 hours of total playback time is claimed on the OPPO Enco Air 5 earbuds device. The earbuds also offer up to 13 hours of continuous playback on a single full charge, and it is further backed by German TÜV Rheinland certification for battery durability. The device is also said to remain stable and reliable even after 1,000 charge cycles. With its ultra-fast flash charge feature, a 10 minute charge is equal to 11 hours of playback time.
Coming to its design, OPPO’s Enco Air 5 earbuds provides users with a lightweight wearing experience, and each earbud weighs only 4.3 grams. The cavity is also more compact than the previous generation, making the earbuds suitable for long-lasting comfort. OPPO also notes that the design has been made based on insights from its ear database, thousands of ear scans, testing by over 500 professionals, and several ergonomic trials. IP55 dust and water resistance is also among its key features.
