Earlier, tipster Mystery Lupin claimed that Nothing would launch the Nothing Headphone (1), which is the brand’s first over-ear headphones, in September 2025. He also shared the expected colour options and pricing. However, Nothing has now officially confirmed through a press release that both the Nothing Phone (3) and the Nothing Headphone (1) will launch on July 1st, both in India and globally.
This confirmation came from Nothing CEO Carl Pei during his closing remarks at SXSW London today. At the moment, only the microsite for the Nothing Phone (3) is live on Flipkart, but the page for the headphones is likely to go live in the coming days. Once it does, we will be sharing updates.
As for what has been revealed so far about the upcoming headphones, back in February this year, a device with the model number “B170,” believed to be the Nothing Headphone (1), was spotted on the SGS Fimko certification site, which revealed 5W charging support. It was later listed on the UAE’s TDRA certification website with the same model number. Additionally, tipster Mystery Lupin claimed on X that the headphones may launch in White, Black, and possibly a Gray colour option. He also mentioned that the price could be around 299 US dollars.
However, since the full specifications are still unknown, it may be too early to comment on the pricing with certainty. Now that the launch date is official, we can expect more details to surface soon.
