Asus Launches ROG Strix XG259QNS Gaming Monitor With 380 Hz 24.5 inch Display

Asus has announced a new gaming monitor for the gamer ROG Strix XG259QNS. This new gaming monitor features a 24.5 inch 380 Hz refresh rate display with 0.3ms GtG response time. Let’s get to know about this monitor in detail.

The ROG Strix XG259QNS comes with a 24.5-inch Full HD (1920×1080) IPS display panel that boasts brightness up to 400 nits, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, and a 178-degree viewing angle. It also covers 110% of the sRGB colour gamut. For improved colour accuracy and immersive visuals, it supports HDR10.

To facilitate smooth gaming the monitor supports AMD FreeSync Premium, ELMB technology to reduce motion blur and variable refresh rate. Gamers get the freedom to adjust it as per their comfort which includes a swivel range of +45⁰ to -45⁰ and a pivot range of +90⁰ to -90⁰. For better adjustment the stand allows height to be increased up to 120mm.

Connectivity options include DisplayPort 1.4, two HDMI 2.0 ports, two USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A ports, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. As far as pricing and availability are concerned Asus has yet not revealed anything about it.
