In a series of tweets, AIMIM chairman Owaisi accused the Delhi Police of lacking guts in pursuing investigations against Yati Narsinghanand Saraswati, Nupur Sharma, and Naveen Kumar Jindal.
Asaduddin Owaisi, the leader of the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM), took to Twitter on Thursday after being named in an FIR filed by Delhi Police in connection with the inflammatory remarks he made.
After an examination of their ‘controversial statements on social media,’ Owaisi, journalist Saba Naqvi, priest Yati Narsinghanand Saraswati, and BJP spokesperson Naveen Kumar Jindal were identified in a separate FIR, according to a Delhi Police officer.
Owaisi published a screenshot of what he claimed was a copy of the Delhi Police FIR in a series of tweets. According to the Hyderabad MP, the FIR did not specify what crime he was being charged with. Owaisi aimed his guns at the Delhi Police, accusing it of lacking bravery in prosecuting Yati Narsinghanand Saraswati, Nupur Sharma, and others.
