Center tells the supreme court that they want to hand over Sushant Singh Rajput case to CBI

Center Government has informed the Supreme Court that they wanted to hand over the case of Sushant Singh Rajput death to the CBI. This step has been taken over by the center government on the recommendation of Bihar Government.

Bihar Government has issued a notification“The Governor of Bihar is pleased to accord his consent to exercise of powers and jurisdiction to the whole of Bihar and other places related to the case to the members of Delhi Special Police Establishment to Investigative and enquire into the case related to the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput.”

Attorney General Tushar Mehta, speaking to the legislature told the pinnacle court that the examination was being given over to the CBI. Former Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi spoke to the Bihar government in the examination while senior supporter Shyam Divan represented Rhea Chakraborty, Sushant’s ex-girlfriend. Bihar representative has proposed that the CBI should additionally research, administer and ask into the case enlisted in Patna by Sushant Singh Rajput father KK Singh.
