Peak to be bought by Zynga for $1.8 Billion

Zynga said on Monday it has consented to purchase Turkish portable game creator Peak for $1.8 billion (generally Rs. 13,553 crores) in a money and stock exchange, in an arrangement that will help the FarmVille creator support its day by day dynamic client base by 60 percent. Portions of the organization were up 6.2 percent at $9.72 (generally Rs. 730) in exchange before the ringer.
