Notably, this move comes after a directive issued by TRAI, which had stated that mobile tariff plans should not be exclusive to selected devices.

Jio’s 4G JioPhone Exclusive Recharge Plans – Now Available for Other Brand Feature Phones
The newly-made available 4G JioPhone exclusive recharge plans of Jio can now be availed by users with other brand feature phones, and earlier, these recharge packs were only available for JioPhone and JioBharat handsets. This latest move comes after a directive issued by TRAI or the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, in which it was stated that mobile tariff plans should not be exclusive to selected devices, as it could create market inequity.
Speaking more, the 4G recharge plans of Jio for JioPhone and JioBharat handsets are now also available for feature phones from other brands, thereby offering more consumers access to the affordable recharge plans of the telecom provider. As mentioned, these plans were earlier limited only to Jio’s own feature phones, and users with other brand feature phones were not able to avail them.
Notably, plans such as the INR 123 recharge pack offer a validity of 28 days, and the benefits include unlimited voice calling, 0.5GB 4G data per day, and a total of 300 SMS for the entire validity period. When compared with other telecom providers, the pricing is said to be far lesser, as their plans start from around INR 200. Apart from this INR 123 recharge pack, there are other recharge plans too available for feature phones, and these are listed below.
