This update comes from the tipster @passionategeekz and via his X post, it is revealed that four new smartphones will likely be introduced under the Vivo V70 series next year in 2026. The tipster notes that the Vivo V70 Lite 5G, Vivo V70 5G, Vivo V70 Elite 5G, and the Vivo V70 FE 5G smartphone models can be expected.
Speaking more, he further adds that there will not be any pro or pro plus models this time too, both in the global and Indian markets. The Vivo V70 5G is said to launch in India and its launch has been scheduled. Regarding the Vivo V70 Lite 5G and the Vivo V70 Elite 5G, these two could be for the global audience, however the Vivo V70 FE 5G is probably going to hit the Indian market.
Looking into the previous updates, the Vivo V70 smartphone was earlier spotted on the BIS, Geekbench, and IMEI databases, and specs which include the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip, Adreno 722 GPU, Android 16-based OriginOS 6 custom skin, 8GB RAM, flat OLED 1.5K 120Hz display, 50MP main camera + ultra-wide angle camera + 50MP 3x zoom telephoto camera at the rear, 50MP selfie camera, 6500mAh battery, 90W wired fast charging, and an IP69-rated body are being expected for this upcoming device. About its launch, it may be taking place in February 2026. While the tipster’s X update does not mention any 4G variants, the Vivo V70 Lite 4G smartphone was spotted on the FCC and Bluetooth SIG databases, suggesting its existence.
