Vivo S series could make a comeback in India; Vivo S2 series smartphones tipped to launch soon in India
The Chinese manufacturer Vivo introduced its Vivo S1 smartphone in 2019 in the Indian market, and Vivo S1 Pro in 2020, and since then, there has been no new model launched under the S series in India. Both the Vivo S1 and Vivo S1 Pro models have been discontinued in the country through official channels.
Well, now, after seven years, the smartphone brand is rumoured to bring back the Vivo S-series in the Indian market.
According to tipster @yabhishekhd, Vivo S2 series smartphones will launch soon in India, and they are tipped to launch in the mid-price bracket. If you recall, the Vivo S1 smartphone also arrived at a starting price of INR 17,990 in the country, while the Vivo S1 Pro was priced at INR 19,990.
Just like its predecessors, the upcoming Vivo S2 series smartphones could also arrive as mid-range devices and cater to consumers who are looking for budget-friendly devices.
In the coming days, some new details related to the upcoming Vivo S2 series smartphones are expected to surface online, while Vivo may also soon start teasing the launch of this series.
