Upcoming Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro Smartphone Geekbench Listing Spotted: Key Performance Specs Revealed

After making its appearance on the 3C certification database, the Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro smartphone carrying the model number of ‘25067PYE3C’ has made it to the Geekbench database. Via the Geekbench listing, its key performance specs have also been revealed.

Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro – Geekbench Listing

The Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro (25067PYE3C) smartphone has achieved Geekbench scores of 1983 points and 6874 points on the single-core and multi-core tests. As earlier revealed, it is pointed out to use Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip (with 3.21 GHz core + (3x) 3.01 GHz cores + (2x) 2.80 GHz cores + (2x) 2.02 GHz cores architecture), integrated with the Adreno 825 GPU. Android 15 OS and 16GB RAM option are its other revealed performance specs.

Speaking more, as mentioned Xiaomi’s Civi 5 Pro device was spotted on the 3C certification database previously and its appearance on this Chinese certification platform revealed the 67W wired fast charge support. Apart from these, a 6.55″ micro-quad-curved display with 1.5K resolution, Leica-branded triple camera system featuring a 50MP telephoto lens (OIS), dual front-facing cameras, 5500 mAh battery backup, and a light-weight design with a premium metal frame are its other expected specs.

Also to add, just like what happened with the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro (~ was re-branded as Xiaomi 14 Civi), this time’s Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro will be re-branded and made available to global customers as the next Xiaomi 15 Civi. To note, the IMEI listing of both the Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro and Xiaomi 15 Civi were also spotted previously. The model number (2506…) also suggest a possible launch time frame in the next month – June 2025.
