Xiaomi’s next POCO F7 series has already by now made its appearance on a few certification platforms and via reports and other updates, we have also come to know about its upcoming smartphone models too. Following these, the POCO F7 Pro device’s key specifications and features have been revealed online.

As per this new update, the POCO F7 Pro smartphone (global model) which carries the model number of ‘24117RK2CG’ is revealed to have the code name – ‘zorn_global’, and the device will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 octa-core processor (SM8650, 4nm, 3.30 GHz), integrated with the Adreno 750 GPU. It will also be running on the Android 15 operating system out of the box (~ API 15 (35)), and will use the Linux kernel version 6.1.75 which has been modified for Android 14 (~ kernel 6.1.75-android14-11-g16c5f6cd5e9b-ab12268515).
Speaking more, it is pointed out to feature a 3200 x 1440 pixel resolution touch screen display, and will offer features such as an accelerometer, magnetometer, gyroscope, WiFi, 12GB LPDDR5X RAM, UFS storage, NFC connectivity, and fingerprint scanner.
The POCO F7 series, is said to consist of three smartphone models – POCO F7 (re-branded Redmi Turbo 4), POCO F7 Pro (re-branded Redmi ‘24117RK2CC’ device), and POCO F7 Ultra (re-branded Redmi K80), and all of these are re-branded Redmi devices as per reported.
About the POCO F7 Pro, the device has so far been certified by the SDPPI, EMVCo, TDRA, and IMDA certification authorities, and it has also been listed on the IMEI database. However, it has to be noted that only the POCO F7 model will be made available to Indian consumers, and the POCO F7 Pro and POCO F7 Ultra devices won’t be unveiled in India this year.
