Upcoming OnePlus Nord CE 5 Smartphone Receives the GCF Certification

Followed by its previous TDRA listing, the upcoming OnePlus Nord CE 5 smartphone has now received the GCF certification. Via the new listing, a few of its connectivity specs have also been shared.

OnePlus Nord CE 5 – GCF Certification
The OnePlus Nord CE 5 smartphone carrying the model number – ‘CPH2719’ has been certified by the GCF authority with the GCF reference number – ‘12939’, and it has received the certification as of on the 8th of May 2025. Its GCF certification listing also points out that it will be supporting 2G/3G/4G/5G network connectivity.
Speaking more, as mentioned, late last month the OnePlus Nord CE 5 smartphone with the same model number of ‘CPH2719’ had also appeared on the TDRA certification platform, confirming its launch in the UAE market. About its revealed/expected key specs, a newer update suggested that the upcoming OnePlus Nord CE 5 smartphone could be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chip, and pack a 7000 mAh battery backup. Its codename is also claimed to be ‘Honda’, and the device will be featuring a plastic-build design.
Just to add, apart from the Nord CE 5, OnePlus also has its Nord 5 model too in works with the codename – ‘Lexus’, and it is said to arrive equipped with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400e chipset and also be backed by a 7000 mAh battery. Furthermore, it will also have a plastic build, but is expected to feature a different design language.
