Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S27 smartphone has now appeared on the Indian BIS certification database, hinting at its launch in the country. The listing carries the ‘SM-S952B/DS’ model number, with its ‘DS’ suffix pointing to dual-SIM support.

Samsung Galaxy S27 (SM-S952B/DS) – BIS Certification
The Galaxy S27 which carries the model number ‘SM-S952B/DS’ has been listed on the BIS certification database under the Samsung brand, and its grant/inclusion date is mentioned as the 5th of November 2026. Another model number, ‘SM-K782B/DS’, is also present in the listing, though its moniker remains unclear.
While the BIS listing does not reveal the device’s key specifications, a few details have already been pointed out through earlier reports and certification sightings. Just to add, its previously leaked rear design showed Samsung’s familiar triple rear camera setup, and the smartphone has been rumoured to feature the brand’s in-house Exynos 2700 chipset.
About its earlier NBD import and export database listing, the Galaxy S27 with the same model number of ‘SM-S952B/DS’ was listed with a 6.3″ display, an Exynos 2700 processor and a 12GB/256GB memory option was also mentioned.
Notably, the device’s earlier UL Demko certification had pointed to 25W wired charging support, suggesting that its charging speed could remain unchanged from its predecessor.
