Just recently, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S27 and Galaxy S27 Plus were spotted on China’s 3C certification database, revealing no charging upgrades over their respective predecessors. Now, the alleged Galaxy S27 Pro and Galaxy S27 Ultra have also received 3C certification, revealing their charging specifications.

Samsung Galaxy S27 Pro and Galaxy S27 Ultra – 3C Certification
On the 3C certification database, the two smartphones have appeared with the model numbers ‘SM-S9570’ and ‘SM-S9580’. Although their monikers have not been mentioned, these model numbers are rumoured to belong to the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S27 Pro and Galaxy S27 Ultra, respectively.
The devices have been certified as 5G digital mobile telephones and support the following charging inputs: 5V/2A, 9V/1.67A, 9V/2.77A, 10V/4.5A, 15V/3A, and 20V/3A. This indicates support for a maximum charging power of up to 60W.
The certification listing further reveals that both smartphones will be sold without a charger in the box.
Interestingly, the alleged Galaxy S27 Ultra does not appear to offer any charging upgrade over its predecessor, as the Galaxy S26 Ultra also supports 60W fast charging. Therefore, it appears that the Galaxy S27 series may not bring any charging upgrades over the previous generation.
However, we could see an upgrade in terms of battery capacity. The Galaxy S27 Pro and Galaxy S27 Ultra are rumoured to pack rated battery capacities of 5,087mAh and 5,534mAh, respectively. These could be marketed with typical battery capacities of 5,200mAh and 5,700mAh.
If this information turns out to be accurate, the Galaxy S27 Ultra could offer around a 15% larger battery than the Galaxy S26 Ultra. Since these battery details have not been officially confirmed, it would be better to wait for more details.
