PS5 Pro International Variant Listed on Amazon India (Now Removed), India Variant Tipped to Arrive Later This Year

Previously spotted on the India BIS certification, the PS5 Pro’s India launch was expected, and while we wait for the official announcement, the international variant of it has now been found listed on Amazon India with an MRP of INR 1,09,999.

Here is what has been revealed.

PS5 Pro’s International Variant Listed on Amazon India

This listing was first spotted by a user named @VinayakSoni07 on X, who shared it via a post on the platform. In his post, he mentions that this is the international variant which was listed on Amazon India, and as per the screenshot shared by him, the pricing mentioned was INR 99,999, with the MRP listed as INR 1,09,999.

However, upon checking the URL shared by the user, the listing is still present on Amazon India, but it is currently unavailable and no pricing details are mentioned on the page anymore. Furthermore, the user also claims that the India version will likely be available by the end of this year with the actual MRP.

Speaking more, this same listing also reveals it to be the 2TB variant. Comparing the listed pricing with the US variant, whose pricing was recently increased from USD 749.99 to USD 899, and considering the current dollar rate of INR 95.16 for 1 USD, the actual Indian pricing comes out to be around INR 85,548.84. There is a difference of around INR 14,000 when compared to the listed INR 99,999 pricing.

However, as the user claims that the actual listing with the real pricing will likely be available by the end of the year, this pricing can be disregarded for now, but the official pricing could be around the same range most likely.
