OPPO’s Next Find X8 Ultra Smartphone Codename and Certain Specs Revealed by Chinese Tipster

The Chinese smartphone maker, OPPO, following the flagship Find X8 series debut in China, has also unveiled its two latest devices in India as well as in other global markets. Two more smartphones are said to arrive in the series early next year, and the codename and key specs of one of them have now been revealed by a Chinese tipster on the Weibo platform.

OPPO Find X8 Ultra – Codename and Revealed Specs

This update comes from the tipster – Digital Chat Station, who has pointed out that the upcoming Find X8 Ultra model has a codename – ‘Everest’. Based on the prototypes of this device, the tipster suggests that it could feature a 2K resolution display screen, dual periscope camera sensors, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, and a silicon battery pack.

In related news, a few days back, tipster Smart Pikachu had already suggested that the upcoming Find X8 series models, unlike the others, will possibly be having the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip onboard and feature large and small form factor designs respectively for the Find X8 Ultra and Find X8 mini devices.

About the Find X8 mini, the same tipster who has now revealed the Find X8 Ultra details shared that the device would probably have a 6.3″ pure straight display with 1.5K resolution, sport a periscope telephoto lens, and use the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor as mentioned above.

Since the Reno 13 series and Find X8 series launches are over, OPPO might slowly turn its full attention to the next Find X8 series models as the expected launch time frame is in Q1 2025 (in Spring 2025, March or April 2025).
