OPPO Reno 16 5G Series Global Model Numbers Spotted on GCF Database

OPPO has already confirmed the launch of the OPPO Reno 16 Series along with the OPPO Bubble, OPPO Pad 6, OPPO Enco Air 5s, and OPPO Pad Air 5 in the Chinese market on the 25th of May 2026. It is also expected that the brand could launch the Reno 16 5G Series globally as well, including the OPPO Bubble, since these devices were recently spotted on multiple global certification databases. Adding another certification listing to the list, the Global Certification Forum database has now revealed three Reno 16 Series devices along with their connectivity specifications.

OPPO Reno 16 5G Series – GCF Certification
On the GCF certification database, three devices have now appeared with the model numbers ‘CPH2865’, ‘CPH2859’, and ‘CPH2863’, carrying the reference numbers 13688, 13719, and 13730, respectively. While the monikers are not directly mentioned on the database, earlier certification listings have already revealed that the ‘CPH2859’ model belongs to the Reno 16 F 5G, while the ‘CPH2863’ model is associated with the Reno 16 Pro 5G. As for the ‘CPH2865’ model, its official moniker has still not appeared on any certification platform yet, it is also expected to be a part of the Reno 16 Series lineup.
Coming to the connectivity specifications, the Reno 16 F 5G is revealed to support GSM 850/900/1800/1900 bands, WCDMA I/II/V/VI/VIII bands, LTE FDD bands 1/2/3/4/5/7/8/12/13/17/18/19/20/26/28/32, LTE TDD bands 38/39/40/41/42/48, and 5G NR bands n1/n2/n3/n5/n7/n8/n12/n20/n26/n28/n38/n40/n41/n48/n66/n77/n78 with both SA and NSA support. EDGE Class 12, HSDPA Category 24, and EUL Category 7 support are also present.

The Reno 16 Pro 5G on the other hand is listed with GSM 850/900/1800/1900 support, WCDMA I/II/V/VI/VIII support, LTE FDD bands 1/2/3/4/5/7/8/12/13/17/18/19/20/26/28/32, LTE TDD bands 34/38/39/40/41/42/43/48, and 5G NR bands n1/n2/n3/n5/n7/n8/n12/n20/n26/n28/n38/n40/n41/n48/n66/n77/n78. Similar to the Reno 16 F 5G, this device also supports both SA and NSA connectivity along with EDGE Class 12, HSDPA Category 24, and EUL Category 7 standards.

Lastly, the unidentified Reno 16 Series model is revealed to feature GSM 850/900/1800/1900 bands, WCDMA I/II/V/VIII bands, LTE FDD bands 1/2/3/4/5/7/8/12/13/17/18/19/20/26/28/32, LTE TDD bands 38/39/40/41/42/43/48, and 5G NR bands n1/n2/n3/n5/n7/n8/n12/n20/n26/n28/n38/n40/n41/n48/n66/n77/n78/n83. EDGE Class 33, HSDPA Category 24, and EUL Category 6 support are also listed for this model.

Additionally, all three devices are also revealed to support 3GPP Release 12 audio standards, OMA MMS versions 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3, removable UICC/SIM cards, and AV1 and H.264/AVC video codecs.
OPPO’s official Chinese pre-order listings have revealed the complete configuration and design details ahead of the launch. The vanilla Reno 16 5G is revealed to come in five storage variants, including 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 256GB, 16GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 1TB. The Reno 16 Pro 5G, on the other hand, will be available in 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 512GB variants.
Regarding the colour options, both devices will share the Heartbeat and Moonlit Night shades, while the vanilla Reno 16 5G additionally gets the Galaxy Purple colour option, and the Reno 16 Pro 5G comes in a Dream Blue finish.
