New Nothing Phone Spotted on India’s BIS Certification Platform: Possibly the Next Nothing Phone (3)

A new Nothing phone has now made its appearance on the BIS certification platform of India. From what it seems, this is possibly the next Nothing Phone (3) flagship smartphone that is set to have its debut soon.
Here’s more about the update.
New Nothing Phone – BIS Certification
This BIS-listed new Nothing phone carries the model number of ‘A024’, and it has received the grant or inclusion onto the BIS certification database as of on the 15th of May 2025 – confirming its launch in the Indian market. The tipster (@Gadgetsdata) who has shared the update also notes that it is possibly going to be the Nothing Phone (3), and adds that it will be using Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 series chipset and may likely be launched in the month of July 2025, two months later.
Speaking more, previously it was shared by Nothing CEO – Carl Pei that the Phone (3) will be launched in Q3 2025, and just recently he revealed it to break its cover in Summer 2025. The upcoming device has also been pointed out as the brand’s ‘first true flagship smartphone’, featuring premium materials, major performance upgrades, as well as enhanced software experience. Its price was also said to be somewhere around GBP 800 (about USD 1,000; INR 90,000).
In related news, this year (in Q3 2025) apart from the Nothing Phone (3), two other smartphone models from the brand are also expected to hit the market. As the launch time frame for the Phone (3) is quite near, we can expect the brand to tease the device soon (- probably starting by sharing the cryptic image of the Pokémon Arbok – ranked 0024 on the Pokédex – if it bears the above-mentioned model number).
Nothing Phone (3) – Expected Specs
About a few of its expected specs, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB internal storage, 6.77″ LTPO AMOLED display supporting 120Hz refresh rate and 3000 nits peak brightness, 50MP triple rear camera unit, 32MP selfie camera, 5000 mAh battery, 50W wired + 20W wireless charging features, AI capabilities, and the Essential Key can be expected.
Stay tuned for more updates.
