Motorola’s Alleged S60 Neo/Moto G86 Receives the TENAA Certification; Moto G86 Key Specs and Renders in Four Colors Revealed
The alleged S60 Neo smartphone from Motorola has now received the TENAA certification in China and just like last time (S50 Neo was re-branded Moto G85), the S60 Neo is also believed to be a re-branded version of the upcoming Moto G86 smartphone. Key specs of both these smartphones have been revealed – via the TENAA listing and other reports, and the render images of the G86 smartphone in four different colors have been shared online.

Alleged S60 Neo/Moto G86 – TENAA Certification and Revealed Specs
As per the TENAA listing, the alleged S60 Neo smartphone (possibly the re-branded Moto G86) has made its appearance on the certification database with the model number – ‘XT2527-3′ and has been certified with the certificate number – ’02-B478-251545’. It is pointed out to feature a 6.67″ OLED (~ pOLED) display screen supporting 1.5K resolution (and likely 120Hz refresh rate). A 2.5GHz-clocked chip is revealed to power the device (could be MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300), and it is revealed to offer 8GB/10GB/12GB/16GB RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB/1TB storage.
Speaking more, 50MP (main, OIS, Sony LYT-600), 8MP (ultra-wide), and 32MP (selfie) cameras are also suggested to be offered, along with a 6520 mAh rated battery (6720 mAh typical battery, 5200 mAh battery in certain other markets). Additional specs include under-display fingerprint scanner and microSD card as per the TENAA database, however other reports also suggest that it could be IP68/69-rated and MIL-STD-810H certified. A Dolby Atmos dual speaker system and a 33W wired fast charging feature are also among its expected specs. In terms of dimension and weight, it is mentioned to be 161.21 x 74.74 x 8.65 mm and 192 gm respectively.
Moto G86 – Revealed Render Images
Coming to the revealed render images, it has been featured in four different colors of Spellbound (Dark Blue), Golden Cypress (Greenish), Chrysanthemum (Red), and Cosmic Sky (Light Purple). About its design, an overall design similar to other recent Motorola smartphones has been retained, and it features a seemingly flat display with thin bezels and a centrally-placed punch-hole selfie camera, flat rear and side panels, blended camera module with four circular units – housing three camera sensors and LED flash, volume rockers + power button on the right side panel – along with an additional microphone hole, card tray on left side panel, and speaker grilles + USB type-C charging port + main microphone hole at the bottom. Moreover, three different materials have been used on its rear panel (~ appears to be vegan leather, textured plastic, and velvet fabric)
Just to add, the Moto G86 smartphone has also (allegedly) been spotted on the FCC and EEC certification platforms too. So, based on the earlier as well as new updates, the Moto G86 smartphone launch could be near and we might hear an official update from the brand anytime soon. Apart from the Moto G86, the Moto G56 smartphone is also coming.
