itel’s P70 Smartphone and New Tablet Spotted on TUV Rheinland Database; P70 Also Receives FCC Certification

A Chinese consumer electronics maker, itel, is working on a new smartphone and tablet device and these have now been certified by the TUV Rheinland certification authority. Moreover, the upcoming smartphone has also received the FCC certification as well.

itel P70 (‘P673L’) and itel Tablet (‘P13001L’) – TUV Rheinland Certification

As mentioned, the itel P70 smartphone with the model number – ‘P673L’ and itel’s new tablet with model number – ‘P13001L’ have made it to the TUV Rheinland certification database, and they have been certified with the respective certificate numbers of ‘JPTUV-169282’ and ‘JPTUV-169399’. These two devices are also pointed out to pack 5850 mAh (Li-ion polymer) and 10000 mAh (Li-ion polymer) batteries, and support 5.0/7.5/3.91 VDC and 5.0/9.0/3.85 VDC charging, respectively.

itel P70 (‘P673L’) – FCC Certification

The itel P70 smartphone with the same model number of ‘P673L’ has also received the FCC certification, and in addition to the battery capacity, the FCC database reveals that the smartphone has a charging adapter with model number – ‘U180ISA’, confirming that it will support 18W wired fast charging. Also, it will support Wi-Fi 5 possibly with dual band support.

Apart from the TUV Rheinland and FCC listings, both the itel P70 smartphone and itel tablet has also been spotted on Indonesia’s TKDN certification platform too (received via @raihanhan121), revealing that these are 4G devices and will support 2G/3G/4G connectivity.
