According to a screenshot shared by tipster Abhishek Yadav, a Vivo device carrying the model number “V2573A” has appeared on the Geekbench 7 database. While the listing itself does not mention its marketing name, this model number has previously been associated with the upcoming iQOO Neo 11 Ultra.

Moving on, the listing reveals that the device was tested with the MediaTek MT6993 chipset featuring an eight-core CPU configuration. This includes one core clocked at 4.21GHz, three cores clocked at 3.50GHz, and four cores running at 2.70GHz, which points towards the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. Previous reports have also suggested that the Neo 11 Ultra could use a customised version of the Dimensity 9500.

Apart from this, the device was tested with 15GB of usable RAM, which should correspond to a 16GB RAM variant, and was running on Android 16 at the time of testing. The software build mentioned by the tipster is PD2573D_A_16.0.12.11.W10.

Coming to its scores, the alleged iQOO Neo 11 Ultra managed to achieve 2,923 points in the single-core test and 9,700 points in the multi-core test on Geekbench 7.

Currently, iQOO has not officially revealed the chipset that will power the Neo 11 Ultra. However, the brand has already confirmed several other specifications of the upcoming device.

The smartphone will feature a 2K eye-protection display using F2 luminescent material and offering up to 2,000 nits of full-screen peak brightness. The brand claims a first-frame brightness ratio of 98%, while power consumption is said to have been reduced by 24% compared to the previous generation.

For eye protection, the display is claimed to keep harmful blue light below 5% and comes with Circularly Polarised Light Display 2.0 along with 1-nit Dark Night Eye Protection. The device also features an ultra-sensitive touch chip, offering up to a 500Hz multi-touch sampling rate and up to a 4,000Hz instantaneous touch sampling rate.

Another major highlight of the smartphone is its massive 9,100mAh battery. In terms of design, iQOO has already showcased the Riding the Wind colour option featuring a 3D flowing visual effect, along with a 9.13mm large R-angle design and a new horizontal camera deco. Notably, the same model number also appeared in the 3C database, indicating 100W fast charging.

As mentioned, the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra will officially break cover in China on August 18th 2026 alongside the iQOO Z11s. With only a few days now left for the launch, we can expect the brand to reveal more of its specifications soon.
