Alleged Xiaomi Smart Band 11 NFC Variant Spotted on TDRA, CMIIT, and NCC; 233mAh Battery Size Revealed
We have discovered a new smart band under Xiaomi branding on three certification databases, out of which two are global certifications – UAE’s TDRA and NCC, while the third one is China’s CMIIT certification.

Alleged Xiaomi Smart Band 11 NFC Variant – Spotted on Multiple Certification Databases
First of all, coming to UAE’s TDRA certification website, it lists the model number “M2617B1” and shows the release date as the 8th of July 2026. The device has received the equipment registration number “ER61648/26”. Furthermore, under the product type, it has been listed as “Short Range Devices / Low Power Devices”, while the marketing name mentions it as “Smart Band”.
While the moniker has not been listed on the TDRA certification, a few rumours online have pointed it out to be the NFC variant of the upcoming Xiaomi Smart Band 11. To add, the standard Smart Band 11 model number is rumoured to be “M2616B1”.
Moving on to the CMIIT certification, the same model number “M2617B1” has been approved with the approval number “26J1166MW009” and confirms that the device supports Bluetooth connectivity and operates in the 2.4GHz frequency band.
Coming to the NCC certification, it has also listed the above-mentioned model number with the certificate number “CCAK26LP1140T2” and confirms Bluetooth and BLE connectivity support, along with the operating frequency range of 2402MHz to 2480MHz.
Speaking more from the NCC listing, the battery model number listed for the device is “BW28”, and upon checking, we discovered it to have a 233mAh capacity. This hints that the upcoming Xiaomi Smart Band 11 may likely come with this battery capacity.
Comparing it with its predecessor, the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 also came equipped with the same battery size, meaning there may not be any upgrade in this segment.
Since the alleged Xiaomi Smart Band 11 NFC variant has now started appearing on multiple certification databases, its official launch could possibly take place soon.
