Based on the overall specifications of the two devices, the older Vivo Y75 5G has turned out to be the best when compared to the OPPO A78 5G smartphone.

About the processors, both devices are equipped with the same MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset with a primary clock speed of 2.2 GHz. The two smartphones will thus offer almost the same performance.

Coming to the displays, the Vivo Y75 5G has a slightly larger 6.58″ IPS LCD display panel with a higher screen resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels. The OPPO A78 5G, on the other hand, features a 6.56″ IPS LCD display with a 720 x 1612 pixels resolution. OPPO’s A78 5G also supports a 90Hz refresh rate, but the refresh rate of the Y75 5G from Vivo hasn’t been mentioned.

At the rear, the Vivo Y75 5G also sports a 50MP triple camera unit, while the OPPO A78 5G has a 50MP dual camera unit. OPPO’s smartphone only has an additional 2MP depth camera, whereas the Vivo device comes with 2MP depth and 2MP macro cameras. To add, the Vivo smartphone also has a better 16MP front camera when compared to the 8MP selfie camera offered on the OPPO device.

Finally, regarding battery backups, both smartphones pack a 5000 mAh battery. However, the OPPO A78 5G supports a faster wired fast charge feature of 33W. The Vivo Y75 5G only has an 18W wired fast charging feature.

Even if Vivo’s Y75 5G smartphone falls a little back in terms of fast charge support, when we look at the overall specifications offered by the device, the Y75 5G from Vivo is itself the best smartphone device in this comparison.
