She has been facing really bad heating issues on her S20 5G and wanted to know if anyone else has had a similar experience.

A user came forward to help her out pointing out that the issue might be because of the chips or maybe because the device is defective.

He also added that the temperature she has shared is common in his country since it’s a hot country and phones can get heated that much.

This is where she shared that it is her CPU/GPU temperature that she is speaking about and has added that while playing games, the temperature may also shoot to 67-72 degrees (Celsius) in temperature.

Usually, Samsung Galaxy S20 5G smartphones will have heating issues due to their fast-charging battery. But here the user is talking about her CPU and GPU.

Finally, a user shared his experience and added that he too has had heating issues in his S20 smartphone. Since the last update, he gets informed when the phone overheats and will be instructed to close the current application. The person usually receives it while using Samsung Dex.

There isn’t any particular reason why this happens. Samsung will have to look into it and fix the issue as soon as possible.
