Both the Redmi 12C and the Moto G13 smartphones are budget smartphones from Xiaomi and Motorola with similar specifications. The two devices are also 4G smartphonse with no 5G connectivity support.

Speaking of its performance, both the smartphones offer similar performance and comes equipped with the same MediaTek Helio G85 (12nm) chipset which has a primary clock speed of 2.00 GHz and has the Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. However, the Redmi 12C offers two RAM variants of 4GB and 6GB while the Moto G13 only has a 4GB RAM variant.

The two devices also features the same IPS LCD display panel, but it should be note that the Redmi 12C has a larger display of 6.71 inch compared to the 6.5 inch display offered in the Moto G13 smartphone.

Now regarding the cameras, the Moto G13 offers the best cameras, both on the front and rear. It has a 50MP triple rear camera setup with a 2MP depth and a 2MP macro camera. The Redmi 12C smartphone also has a main camera of 50MP but only has an additional 0.08MP depth camera. The Moto G13 also offers a better selfie camera of 8MP compared to the Redmi 12C which has a 5MP front facing camera.

The two smartphones have the same battery backup of 5000 mAh and supports a 10W fast charging feature.

So as you have noticed there isn’t much difference between the two smartphones other than for its cameras and display. If you are a person who needs better cameras, the Moto G13 is the smartphone that you should get, but if you want a smartphone with a larger display then the Redmi 12C should be your choice. The Redmi 12C also offers a 6GB RAM variant again making it a good choice for users who perform multi-tasking and for users who play games on their devices.
