Speaking of its design, both the earbuds have ovular charging case with almost similar looking earbuds. The OPPO Enco Free 3 will be available in green and white colour choices whereas the Realme Buds Air 3 comes in three colour choices – Starry Blue, Nitro Blue and Galaxy White.

Now coming to its specs, the OPPO Enco Free 3 earbuds feature a 12.4mm drivers made of bamboo fiber while the Realme Buds Air 3 is equipped with a 10mm dynamic bass boost driver. The OPPO earbuds also has a much better active noise cancellation feature of 49dB and comparing to this, the Realme Buds Air 3 only has a 42dB active noise cancellation feature. The OPPO earbuds also supports a multi-device connect feature which is absent in the Realme Buds Air 3.

The OPPO Enco Free 3 supports a Bluetooth version of 5.3 and supports LDAC, LC3, AAC, and SBC audio codecs. On the other hand, the Realme Buds Air 3 supports a Bluetooth connectivity of version 5.2 with only AAC and SBC audio codecs support. The OPPO earbuds also has a lower latency of 47ms when compared to the Realme Buds Air 3 which only has a latency rate of 88ms.

Regarding the battery backup, the OPPO Enco Free 3 earbuds will be able to offer its users a battery life of 7 hours which can be expanded to upto 30 hours with the charging case. The Realme Buds Air 3 also offers a total battery life of 30 hours

It is also to be noted that the OPPO Enco Free 3 is only rated with IP55 rating whereas the Realme Buds Air 3 is IPX5 rated.

The OPPO Enco Free 3 is currently only available in China and is priced at ¥499(about Rs. 5,999) while the Realme Buds Air 3 is available in the Indian market at a price of Rs. 3,999(on Realme website)

So based on the specs, without doubts it is clear that the OPPO Enco Free 3 is the best earbuds than the Realme Buds Air 3 earbuds. However as mentioned before, when looking at its durability the Realme Buds Air 3 is better since it has a better IP rating.
