Xiaomi’s 12T Series Coming to More Markets But Not in India: Here’s What We Know
Xiaomi launched two of its flagship phones from the 12T series on the 4th of October 2022 in the Global Market. The Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro from Xiaomi 12T series are now available in China, the UK, and Europe.
It has now been confirmed that the phones are coming to more markets.
Here’s What We Know
The Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro smartphones are going to be launched in more markets. It has been decided that the company will launch its Xiaomi 12T series in the Philippines and Indonesia.
The smartphones will be launched on the 17th of November 2022 in the Philippines and in Indonesia on the 1st of December 2022.
However, there isn’t any news regarding the smartphones to be launched in India.
Currently, the Xiaomi 12T and the Xiaomi 12T Pro smartphones are available in China and in the UK and Europe.
The price of the smartphones will come to around ₱ 27,636 for Xiaomi 12T and ₱ 37,553 for the Xiaomi 12T Pro in the Philippines.
In Indonesia, the Xiaomi 12T Pro is likely to be priced at IDR 11,186,000 and the Xiaomi 12T at IDR 8,232,000.
These are speculated prices and more details on the prices will be available after the launch of the smartphones in the Philippines and Indonesia.
Xiaomi 12T
The Xiaomi 12T will feature a 108MP pro-grade camera and an AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
The phone will also be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Ultra chipset and has a battery backup of 5000 mAh which will support a 120W hypercharge feature.
Xiaomi 12T Pro
The Xiaomi 12T Pro will share the same specifications in terms of display and battery backup as the Xiaomi 12T.
However, the Xiaomi 12T Pro will have a 200MP rear camera. The phone will also be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset.
