This loyal program enables Samsung users with the pre-2020 Galaxy devices like the A Series, On Series and J Series to upgrade to the Galaxy A Series 5G smartphones.

With this upgrade, customers will get a special offer of Samsung Care+ Screen protection pack for free. Along with this offer, customers will also get festive cashbacks and affordability offers on Galaxy A Series smartphones.

Availing this offer can be done right from the old devices by logging into the My Galaxy App. The customers with the eligible old smartphones will see a banner which mentions offering benefits on the app. After generating a unique code on the old device, the customers are advised to log into the My Galaxy App from their newly purchased device.

The eligible customers will be able to find the banner in the app. By clicking on the banner, the app will perform validation of the customer’s phone number which was used to log in with and the IMEI of the device through which the app is being accessed.

My Galaxy App’s coupon generation mechanism shares the coupon code with both Samsung Care+ and the policy will get activated within 48 hours after a successful validation. The loyalty offer is valid on the purchase of the Galaxy A54 5G, Galaxy A34 5G, Galaxy A23 5G and Galaxy A14 5G smartphones.

As part of the festive offers, the Galaxy A14 5G, Galaxy A23 5G, Galaxy A34 5G and Galaxy A54 smartphones are available at an effective price of Rs 44 per day, Rs 47 per day, Rs 49 per day and Rs 63 per day respectively.
