[Exclusive] Key Specs, Launch Date, Price and the First Hands on Image of the Upcoming Vivo Y56 5G Smartphone Revealed
We had previously shared a lot many updates about the upcoming Vivo V27 and the Vivo Y100 smartphones and now we have with us the key specs, hands-on image, and the launch date of one more Vivo smartphone, the Vivo Y56 5G. This information was shared exclusively by tipster Paras Guglani. While talking to us he also shared that the previous information he shared was false and had deleted the tweet. And even we wondered by looking at the specs, how come Vivo is going to launch this smartphone with a 13MP rear camera?
The Vivo Y56 5G
The upcoming Vivo Y56 5G smartphone from the renders and the hands-on image available comes with a flat rear panel design along with a flat display panel. It is also to note that the hands-on image is just a dummy of the upcoming smartphone.
On the rear panel, we get to see the rectangular-shaped camera module on which we also find the camera island. The camera island house the two cameras of the smartphone which are placed inside two camera rings that are slightly projected outside.
One of the cameras is going to be the 50MP main camera and the second camera that you see below the first is going to be a 2MP camera which is likely to be a depth sensor.
On the right side of the first camera, we can also find the dual-tone LED flash inside the camera island. Towards the bottom left side of the smartphone, we can also find the Vivo branding written in a vertical manner.
The smartphone also features a decent 6.58-inch HD+ display with thick bezels and a thicker chin below. It also comes equipped with a 16MP front-facing camera which you’ll find placed inside the waterdrop notch on the top.
You can also find the power button and the volume rocker of the smartphone on the right-side panel of the device. The power button is also going to be the fingerprint sensor of the smartphone.
The upcoming Vivo Y56 5G smartphone will be available in two color variants – Orange Shimmer and Black Engine.
Now let’s look at the other specifications of the device
The Vivo Y56 5G smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset and will operate on the Android 13-based Funtouch OS 13 custom user interface.
The device will be available in two RAM variants – 4GB and 8GB with an internal storage of 128 GB. It will also have 4GB and 8GB of extended virtual RAM for the two variants respectively.
The smartphone will also be equipped with a 5000 mAh battery which will support a fast charge feature of upto 18W.
The upcoming Vivo Y56 5G smartphone is expected to have its launch on the 15th of February, 2023, and will be available at a starting price of Rs. 18,999.
