Elon Musk tweets on the current situation of gas crisis in Germany; checkout now!

Due to the gas crisis, the Bundestag has been now temporarily using the coal-fired power plants to produce electricity. Consequently, Germany is been using less gas to produce electricity.

The government of Germany decided to relieve the state aid for failing energy companies like Uniper. Accordingly, as an option, a pay-as-you-go system can also be created to ease the crisis so that when the gas price increases for energysuppliers, it can be passed on more evenly to the customers. However, the government is preventing this initiative from having to be used.

To this Mark Lynas on Twitter said that now, the nuclear time is over in Germany. Consequently, the SDP-Green coalition has won a vote in the Bundestag which can lead to climate changes. Because of the coalition, more coal will be used for burning so that the three remaining nuclear plants can be switched off.

Liv Boeree, the former professional poker player also commented on Mark’s post saying that the Green coalition is secretly paying for the coal because of the crisis. She said that the ‘Greens are coal lobbying’.

Consequently, Elon Musk too replied on the post saying, “The world has gone mad”.
