Moto G84 smartphone receives Android 14 OS stable update in India

At the beginning of this year, the smartphone brand Motorola confirmed the names of devices that will be getting the latest Android 14 OS update. The list included names such as Motorola Razr 40 Ultra, Razr 40, few Edge series devices, Moto G84 5G, Moto G54 5G, Moto G73 5G, Moto G13, Moto G14 and Moto G53.

Among these devices, Motorola has now officially rolled out the Android 14 OS stable update for the Moto G84 5G smartphone in India.

The update arrives with firmware version- UTC34.22-64-6 and the size of the update is 1.85GB. It integrates the February 2024 security patch into the device. Other than this Android 14 OS also arrives with some amazing features and improvements-

  • Users can see and better control who has access to their personal data
  • Users can now grant access to specific images and videos, instead of granting access to all media
  • Users can see when apps want to share their location with a third-party
  • Users can get notified automatically if their phone determines that an unknown tracker is moving with you
  • Users can control their health data in a single place
  • Users can now set their device to flash when they have incoming notifications
  • Users will also get to see improved magnification options
