Samsung’s One UI 7 Beta 4 Update for Galaxy S24 Series Will be Rolled-Out, But Official Version Still Delayed

The South Korean smartphone maker, Samsung, has already unveiled its Galaxy S25 series flagships running on the latest Android 15 based One UI 7 custom skin, and more Galaxy smartphones are expected to receive the One UI 7 official stable version update from this month starting with the brand’s Galaxy S-series models.

Last year’s Galaxy S24 series models have already received the One UI 7 beta 3 update and reports had previously confirmed that a beta 4 update will also be rolled out to the Galaxy S24 series flagships before the official stable version update. A new report has now arrived, reiterating that the beta 4 update will indeed be offered, however, the official version is said to be a long way off. Read more about it below.

Galaxy S24 Series – One UI 7 Beta 4 and Official Stable Version Updates?

As mentioned above, Samsung’s Galaxy S24 series users have already been given the One UI 7 beta 3 update and it has been revealed that there is an issue with this firmware update which causes the display color temperature to be more Yellow while using Color Optimization in Natural Mode. The necessary improvements have already been made as per what has been shared, and the fix will be brought with the next beta 4 update. It has also been recommended that until the next beta 4 update arrives, Galaxy S24 series users are advised to turn off the Color Optimization feature and use Vivid Mode instead (where this issue is not present).

The tipster @UniverseIce who has shared this update points out two things based on this. One, the One UI 7 beta 4 update, as expected or shared before, will indeed be rolled out. Second, this also suggests that the One UI 7 official version roll-out to Galaxy S24 series devices could be delayed and users may have to wait for quite some more time.
