Samsung finally launches One UI 6 Beta program based on Android 14 for Galaxy S23 series in South Korea, US and Germany- new enhancements revealed

Samsung’s One UI 6 Beta program has been the highlight from the past few days, well not just because the fans were waiting for this program to launch but also because the tech giant company has officially announced the launch of this program in the US and Germany but later deleted the announcement post making the fans disappointed. Though since the early announcements were made it was expected that Samsung might soon launch a program based on Android 14 for the Galaxy S23 series.

Well finally after much wait Samsung has launched this program and worry not this time it’s not a mistake or an early announcement!! Samsung has made the official announcement by releasing a press release. Samsung has launched the One UI 6 Beta program based on Android 14 for users of the Galaxy S23 series in South Korea, Germany, and the US.

In the press release, the company has also explained that this update brings a complete package of enhancements to Samsung apps and features that include a more streamlined design and wider options for personalization.

“Our mission with One UI is to reflect the unique preferences of our users in every aspect of their mobile experience,” said Janghyun Yoon, Executive Vice President and Head of the Software Office, Mobile eXperience (MX) Business at Samsung Electronics. “Every iteration of One UI responds to the needs of our user community, and we look forward to user feedback on One UI 6 as we create a richer, more intuitive experience for all.”

Many elements have been tweaked to create a more modern look and feel such as impactful new default font and new emojis on Samsung keyboard. The Quick panel has been revamped with an updated layout, also the brightness control bar is available by default in the compact Quick panel. There is also a new instant access option to the full Quick panel, as there is a single download swipe at the upper right corner of the screen.

There are also a number of new ways introduced for users to customize their devices as per their preferences. It will now be possible for Galaxy S23 users to set different lock screens according to specific modes and routines. There will also be a new camera widget that lets users preselect a camera mode and a storage location. The software update offers robust security and privacy also for users so that they can enjoy the experience of these new features.
